Vision:

To become a center of service and development of UMM scientific publications in order to increase the quantity and quality of UMM scientific publications nationally and internationally.

Mission:

1. Providing assistance to UMM academic staff to publish in reputable national and international journals.
2. Facilitating the management of TBI within UMM so that it can be nationally accredited and indexed by quality international indexers.
3. Facilitating the inclusion of UMM academic staff in national and international seminars.
4. Establishing cooperation with external parties in order to increase the quantity and quality of scientific publications at UMM.
5. Cooperating with external stakeholders which serves to increase the quantity and quality of academic publications at UMM. 

Objective:

1. Increasing the quantity and quality of scientific publications of UMM academic staff in quality national and reputable international journals.
2. Improving the quality of TBI management at UMM to be accredited and indexed.
    
3. Increasing the quantity of participation of UMM academic staff in quality national and international seminars.
    
4. Improving the quality of the implementation of national and international scientific forums held by UMM.
    
5. Providing IT-based infrastructure to support the institution's mission in developing scientific publications.
