On Saturday, 4 February 2023 at 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Accounting Lab., GKB 2 5th Floor, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, the Institute for Scientific Publication Development (LPPI) ) hosted a meeting with the agenda "Coordination of Preparation for hosting ICoSDev 2023-UMM". The entire committee attended the meeting for the International Conference on Interdisciplinary Collaboration for Sustainable Development (ICoSDev) 2023. Some of the main topics in the meeting were: elaborating on the conference mechanism for each cluster, formulating procedures to be prepared for the conference, presentation on the technical program from the LPPI as the mediator, and discussion session.
Vice Rector I, Prof. Dr. Syamsul Arifin, M.Sc, successfully opened the meeting and was followed by the Head of the LPPI, Dr. Fardini Sabilah, M.Pd. She started her presentation regarding each cluster's conference mechanism and preparation procedures. Dr. Thomy Eko Saputro ended the presentation session, ST., M.Sc, with a discussion of the technical program from the LPPI as a facilitator among each cluster at UMM and international speakers who plan to be invited to attend the conference. Then the meeting was closed with a discussion session. To conclude, the main discussion was regarding standard rules related to funding and review guidelines.
This meeting will provide provisions and a clear picture for the ICoSDev committee in organizing the upcoming conference so that the conference will produce high-quality events and International reputable research publications.
