On Friday, 24 February 2023, the University of Muhammadiyah Malang Scientific Publication Development Institute (LPPI UMM) held an activity "Workshop for Compiling Literature Tables as Material for Compilation of Reputable Scientific Manuscripts". The workshop activities took place in the One Day Service (ODS) Room, BAA Building, University of Muhammadiyah Malang which started at 13.15 to 15.00 WIB.
"Good research is research that has the right design." This statement was conveyed by the resource person in opening the material session which was continuous with the theme of yesterday's activity. Of course the workshop was held in order to improve and provide good insight to UMM lecturers regarding writing journal articles by compiling literature tables in advance to facilitate research
The workshop held by LPPI UMM was officially opened by Prof. Dr. Syamsul Arifin, M.Si as Deputy Chancellor I of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang, then continued with remarks from Dr. Fardini Sabilah, M.Pd as chairman of the UMM LPPI and moderated by Mr. Thomy Eko Saputro, Ph.D as the UMM LPPI Secretariat.
The workshop activity organized by LPPI UMM invited Mr. Ahmad Fauzi, M.Pd. as a resource person who is proficient in the field of Compilation of Literature Tables.
With the workshop organized by LPPI UMM it is hoped that it can provide good provision and knowledge for the lecturers participating in the workshop in writing journal articles, quality and translucent to Scopus or WOS.
