13 Tips for submitting scientific publication incentives 

1. Ensure that you have read the submission requirements contained in the Chancellor's Decree regarding Guidelines for Scientific Publication Incentives and UMM Seminars which can be downloaded on the LPPI website or the following link http:/lppi.umm.ac.id/download/
2. Fill out the form in the publication incentive submission system completely and correctly according to the type proposed (Journal/ proceedings/ citations/ book chapter/seminar inclusion)
3. Ensure that the submission of publication incentives is carried out by the first author/corresponding author.
4. Include proof of correspondence from the published journal for the author who submits it as the corresponding author
5. Ensure that articles that have been published in Accredited National Journals (Sinta 1/Sinta 2) have appeared on the Web Journal and can be accessed
6. Ensure that the journal to which the status is intended is not discontinued or shows signs of a discontinued journal by looking at its status on the website https://www/scopus.com
7. Ensure that articles published in international journals appear in the Scopus database
8. Ensure that published journal articles are in certain Quartile positions (Q1-Q4) according to the content of published articles.
9. Ensure the articles to be published in the Journal are in accordance with the intended scope.
10. Ensure that national journals citing articles appear on the SONTA website
11. Ensure that international journals citing have appeared in the Scopus indexer
12. Ensure that the citing article is not the author himself (Self-citation)
13. Ensure that articles submitted for publication incentives and status are published online within the last 2 years.
